Hyperlink a few pages in the 'Features' section of the README.md

Link the underlined parts in the screenshot to the respective pages.

To Reproduce

Steps to reproduce the behaviour:

  1. Go to mentorship-android
  2. Go to the 'Features' part of the README.md file
  3. Hyperlink the pages and make the changes as shown.
  4. terms and conditions , privacy policy , code of conduct
  5. AnitaB-org GitHub repo , zulip chat , website

Expected behaviour

On clicking the underlined words we can go to the respective pages
