If you have devtools 2+ installed, Jetpack can fail with Unable to retrieve package records for the following packages. This is due to this bug, which is now partially fixed but not yet released.

For now, use devtools 1.13.6.

devtools::install_version("devtools", "1.13.6")

Fixed in Jetpack 0.4.0.
