Thanks! This looks great!
(For the minor spelling changes from one correct spelling to another — e.g. Bolivia — it seems that the now-applied spelling has been the "main" one on Wikipedia for a long time and so should have been used by us originally.)
(For the typo fixes there's obviously no doubt.)

Small corrections for Dutch translations. Mostly spelling errors and some alternative spellings (Hong Kong -> Hongkong, Tsinvali -> Tschinvali).
