Comments
I'm not an Ubuntu user. Can't help more. |
@Swizz540 Thanks a lot! |
This feature would be awesome! 😃 I've not created a PPA but I'd like to help you 😎 |
@jobsamuel Thanks a lot 😃 Do you know where can we get started? |
@anmoljagetia Found some really good answers here to proceed with creating your own PPA. |
@prempalsingh Thanks! I already found this link before, and read through it, however, my main issue is not how to generate a PPA, rather it is, as to how does the installer work for it, as in what binaries do I have to generate. |
I've found cmake to be a very easy way to create Debian packages. https://github.com/ebruck/indicator-doom-cpu/tree/master/debian |
Noobslab added your theme to their PPA. |
Thanks @hg8! I got an email from them, and this is really good! I am interested in finding out how they achieved this (for future projects!). |
I would like to have a PPA installer for the theme. Where the user can add a PPA and the run sudo apt-get Flatabulous install and sudo apt-get update to fetch the latest updates. I presently have no experience with creating PPA's and writing installer scripts for theme. Looking for help here!
