Tendermint uses Prometheus for monitoring, which we're going to be using in https://github.com/heliaxdev/anoma-network-init/issues/6.

For Anoma's stuff that's not part of Tendemint (rockDB, wasm caches, etc.), we can possibly also use Prometheum, maybe via https://crates.io/crates/prometheus
