CI: github actions are no more OK with test_init

CI is no more ok with launching VMs via Kubevirt under GH actions.

All I could see right now is that VMs are abnormally long to boot and have some fails in console logs.

Seems to be related to Github runners update since first fail occurs when boot was upgraded from vmlinuz-5.13.0-1029-azure to vmlinuz-5.13.0-1031-azure and virtual github environement from 20220614.0 to 20220619.1
