  • bump linters
  • remove ansible-lint which was not used

I'm surprised that ansible-lint was not used. Not even for tests in molecule_vagrant/test/scenarios/molecule/ ?

@abadger TBH, I think it was used at some point but 4.2.0 has a bug which mainly did run NOP. I will add it back once this bug is fixed.
