SUMMARY

We have links to the module index page in some obscure places, including a bunch of See Also sections at the bottom of pages.

Anywhere the docs include:

   :ref:`all_modules`
       Learn about available modules

Update to:

   :ref:`list_of_collections`
       Browse existing collections, modules, and plugins
