In UI technical preview when applying filter with more than 1 filtering entry results are not properly presenting output data (not applying logical AND)

Steps to reproduce

• select ui technical preview
• go to any sections that contains filtering option
• use at least 2 filters

output is not containing proper results based on applied filter

Expected results

results should represent logical AND of all filtering options

Actual results

results should represent logical AND of all filtering options, but actually only only first filter is being applied
