Description of the bug

List of the failing combinations:

  • ubuntu and windows - python 3.7 - tests
  • ubuntu and windows - python 3.7 - doc
  • ubuntu and windows - python 3.8 - doc
  • ubuntu and windows - python 3.9 - tests
  • ubuntu and windows - python 3.9 - doc

Steps To Reproduce

Install any of the previously listed combination

Which Operating System are you using?

Windows

Which Python version are you using?

3.7

Installed packages

Doesn't matter
