Bug located in Circuit()

Description of the bug

The class Circuit() will not instantiate a Netlist design type but only a Circuit design type.
Maybe need an extra class for Netlist design or add to the Circuit() one.

Steps To Reproduce

circuitapp = Circuit(project=projectName, design=designName)

where designName is the name of the design of type "Netlist Design"
