Add open in window icon

What problem does this feature solve?

There is a very common icon of "open in new window/tab" which is always missing for me in antd icons. I would love if you can add it. for example:

I figured out a roundabout way to make the "open in new window" icon- you can use <SelectOutlined rotate={90} /> - and put it in a superscript tags incase that helps anyone!

@afc163 can we please re-open this issue? Export is clearly different than the widely accepted "open in new tab" icon
