v4.2 menu bug

4.2 版本中改写了大量组建，出现很多bug，而且官方文档明显不是使用最新版构建。。。
Menu组建中，在4.2给MenuItem添加了antd-menu-item-only-child样式，判断条件竟然是children数。。。，这逻辑，MenuItem肯定会有children啊，然后这个样式会导致没有子项的菜单中Icon的anticon 样式margin-right被强制设为0，最后Menu组建上Icon间距不统一
