Issue in horizontal scroll with keyboard arrow key inside the tabs

Steps to reproduce

Open the link.
click inside the table/footer of table.
try to scroll using keyboard arrow key
it does not scroll

What is expected?

The scroll using the arrow keys from keyboard inside the tabpane

What is actually happening?

the scroll is not working.

React	16.12.0
System	Ubuntu/window
Browser	chrome/mozilla

I am using the antd version 3 before and it is working fine but after update to new version it is not working.
as it is easy from the keyboard to navigate or scroll.

@zombieJ I am asking about the horizontal scroll . Like move from left to right or right to left.

as the vertical scroll is working but issue is in the horizontal scroll.
