Steps to reproduce

Add icon to RTL button.

What is expected?

Content of the button is in the middle with space between text and icon.

What is actually happening?

Icon in RTL button with iconPosition="start" has no margin from the text.
Icon in RTL button with iconPosition="end" has unnecessary margin which makes content of the button not in the middle.

antd 5.17.0
React 18.3.1
System MacOS 14.4.1
Browser Edge 124.0.2478.80
