Is your feature request related to a problem? Please describe.
In Some cases only video should be transcoded and in some cases only audio should be transcoded.
Transcoding of video and audio at the same time is not necessary for all cases.

Describe the solution you'd like
Just provide an option "passthrough" for video and audio when adding new bitrate . It will also save CPU resources for several cases.
