Voice mute not working in switch between screen or camera

Short description

In both conference.html & conference-room.html, mute the stream if its camera and want to switch to screen share the voice is not mute and need to click unmute and mute again to mute the voice and it is the same as switching from screen share to the camera.

Environment

• Ant Media Server version: 2.4.2.1
• Browser name and version: Chrom Version 97.0.4692.99

Steps to reproduce

1. Open conference.html/conference-room.html
2. Join with camera
3. Mute audio
4. Switch to screen share

Scenario-2
Join with screen share and switch back to camera.

Expected behavior

The voice should be muted on switching from camera to screen share or vice versa.

Actual behavior

The voice is not muted and need to click again to unmute and mute the voice
