HLS playback does not work with JWT stream security token #4091

Short description

HLS stream is not playing with JWT token while WebRTC playback is fine.

Environment

Ant Media Server version: v2.4.2.1 & above

Steps to reproduce

Enable Play with JWT Filter for Stream
Generate the JWT token using rest API with expire time
Publish the stream & try to play HLS stream with token

Expected behavior

HLS stream should play fine.

Actual behavior

HLS playback is not working while WebRTC is fine.
