Add support for audio level metering

We should add a low-resolution level meter to the right of the button column. This will allow users to ensure audio is being output from the selected source.

The LWRP supports simple level metering. This is already implemented in the Python module via callbacks. We need to ensure this doesn't block the UI or cause destination change commands to be missed.
