$ pip install -r requirements.txt

Run Scripts With Keyword Arguments

Example:

$ python3 DSRA_outputs2postgres.py  --dsraModelDir="https://github.com/OpenDRR/openquake-models/tree/master/deterministic/outputs" --columnsINI="DSRA_outputs2postgres.ini"
