...When I try to do the command "vagrant up" I receive this error:

There are errors in the configuration of this machine. Please fix
the following errors and try again:

vm:

The host path of the shared folder is missing: ~/Development/Projects

puppet provisioner:

The configured module path doesn't exist: c:/Users/m.lopes/Documents/Vagrant/p
ython-dev-bootstrap/modules

have you change the shared folder path to your own env related path? eg: C:\Users\m.lopes\Documents\Development\Project

of course make sure that path is exist.
