add configurables for CONFIG and SLAVEOF commands

These modifications add the ability to configure what the CONFIG and SLAVEOF commands on the Redis servers being monitored are; An example is:

sentinel config-command themaster SECRET_CONFIG
sentinel slaveof-command themaster SECRET_SLAVEOF
