segments工具和manhattan路由一起使用有问题

Expected Behavior

每段折线上都显示拖拽按钮

Current Behavior

即使自动转折了多次，也只有中点有一个拖拽按钮。
precision的计算也没有把转折点考虑在内。

@jiqili @CherishIt segments 出现在两个顶点(vertices)之间，现在 manhattan 路由出现的顶点不在 segments 的计算范围内，如果有进一步的需求，可以新提一个 issue。
