Do we need to find a reference VNF?

Consider a common CI/CD for all workload as part of VNF Guidelines.

OPNFV is already working on projects to mimic workloads (net, storage, etc)
CNTT: For each profile, it will be good to have workload expectation. (Networking Heavy, Compute Heavy, Storage Heavy)
to be considered for beyond Baraque releases.

This is to be added to RI-1 and RI-2.

They are 3 opensource VNFs already included into RC1. We could leverage them much more that we are doing today.

Forked a new issue #1842 to handle "common CI/CD". This issue (#1821) will only focus on primary issue "reference VNF").

https://github.com/cncf/cnf-conformance/blob/master/EXAMPLE-CNFS.md has list of CNFs mapped to OSI model layers.
