Let mutations decide whether they issues commands themselves #1

Currently, the mutator wraps one mutation.mutate-call into one command (in the 
editing domains). Some mutations might want to issue several commands or 
specific commands by themselves.

Therefore, let mutations decide whether they intend to handle commands 
themselves.
