support for v4.1.0 of flask-appbuilder

Hey Team Airflow!
Can you please add support for v4.1.0 of flask-appbuilder?
I keep getting vulnerabilities issues that got fixed -
dpgaspar/Flask-AppBuilder#1831

Use case/motivation

After executing safety https://pypi.org/project/safety/ we get that there are vulnerability issues with all versions under v4.1.0
