The value functions of arrays had panics but they were never mentioned in its documentation. Also the error messages were very generic witout much info. This PR intends to fix them both .
What changes are included in this PR?
Doc comments are updated for value functions of arrays. The error messages are improved as well.
Benchmark runs are scheduled for baseline = 45fb919 and contender = 903d892. 903d892 is a master commit associated with this PR. Results will be available as each benchmark for each run completes.
