Because website publishing without .asf.yaml will be disabled at
2021-07-01.

arrow.apache.org should be listed with green color at
https://infra-reports.apache.org/site-source/ .

IIUC this looks right to me. I'm not sure if there's any way to confirm the change other than merging and seeing if the ASF dashboard updates.

Hmm, it seems that we need to add .asf.yml to the asf-site branch like https://github.com/apache/accumulo-website/blob/asf-site/.asf.yaml .
