How about I merge this into #63, add the finishing touches to the release blog post (i.e. filling in the number of commits and contributors) do a test deploy of that, and then merge to master assuming the test deploy looks as desired?

Well, the other change seems a bit more invasive. If the patches are compatible I'd rather merge them separately.

Well, whichever order we merge things in, I have merged this to my website branch and deployed it to https://enpiar.com/arrow-site/

'1.*' may be better because we use Semantic Versioning since 1.0.0.
