Thanks @rohitppathak for your PR! First we need to install python 3.7 on the self hosted runner, but last time I checked there were not available any installers for download at https://www.python.org/ftp/python

I'm not surprised, because 3.7 only receives security fixes and no binaries are published anymore. M1 users will have to use Python 3.8 or higher.
