Issue 30524 fix

[volatilemolotov]

• Update singlestore operator due to permission error.
• Add remove finalizer to k8s access action due to finalizer being set by the new version of singlestore operator. It could not be patched from the workflow itself as operator re-sets it after some time. This way its closest to deletion.
