Java 14 support

• upgrade gmavenplus-plugin Java 14 support: gmavenplus-plugin likely not compatible #910
• upgrade groovy to 2.5.10+
• remove daily job of jdk 14 Removes the daily JDK 14 github action because it is already being run on the default CI action #926 (as it is part on default master)

Can someone with rights put the 0.8.0 milestone to this issue?

How the Changelog handled? it is genrated before doing the release, or need to add a line?

In the past it was autogenerated every night and updated. Now ASF changed the gh action policy, so once we release with the help of the milestone, we'll need to add all the information by hand. I'm still investigating if we can use a gh action compliant with ASF security policy. But I didn't find anything at moment. Another possibility is writing our own changelog generator gh action and create a repository under Apache. It will be whitelisted by default. I don't have the time, but I think it would be nice to have and re-use it in all the projects heavily using github workflow.
