I see lot of issues related to problem retrieving images:

Can't get Docker image: RemoteDockerImage(imageName=hadoop-2x:ckc, imagePullPolicy=DefaultPullPolicy())

I guess is is because of the docker rate limit

It could be. I am seeing some of these as well ...

wonder if we should ask ASF to add some tokens and use https://github.com/docker/login-action#dockerhub to at least increase the limits
