We should do as per the main camel-quarkus project and build / test the projects in parallel to speed things up a bit.

I parallelised the build over at camel-quarkus-examples. Here in the main project the examples are still built sequentially. Which is ok for now since the time taken to complete everything is within the bounds of how long the other CI jobs take to run.
