Simplify the process of adding example projects

Describe the feature here

E.g have something like:

mvn cq:create-example -Dname=timer-to-foo -Ddescription="An an example that shows the timer with the Foo extension"

Then it generates the skeleton project and automatically adds the example info into examples.json.
