Removed the hive-exec and commons dependency from hive module as spark has its own hive-exec. Because of external hive-exec dependency, some tests are failing. This closes #3347

Removed the hive-exec and commons dependency from hive module as spark has its own hive-exec. Because of external hive-exec dependency, some tests are failing. This closes apache#3347
