CASSANDRA-16890 Removing logos from home page

• Logos have been removed from the Cassandra Users section and have been replaced with a random quote on page refresh.
• The section below which used to showcase a quote has been replaced with a section devoted to the Ecosystem page.
• Community spotlight features have been changed.

@Paul-TT CASSANDRA-16890 has already been resolved. And the first commit in this PR 5445891 got manually merged into trunk with ea78923

The newly added commit needs to be a new jira ticket (with, please, a description of what links are broken and getting fixed).
(I also don't mind, if these link fixes are trivial, if you include them into the next website PR, though that isn't strictly kosher)

@michaelsembwever Yeah, sorry. I didn't actually realize this pull request went through. I had started and ended up leaving. I'll create a Jira ticket for the content updates.
