Describe the bug
Buttons to edit / suspend / delete / add users allowed to a regular user of a project. Should be hidden unless the uesr is a project admin

Critical added, while no functionality is broken users shouldn't see button they're not authorised to press/see.

With @Pearl1594 - as discussed please embed the two components and use this.$set see the Instance Tab component for example
