What does this PR do?

Adds a blog post for iOS release 4.5.4

What testing has been done on this change?

Previewed the post on my local machine to check for proper formatting.

Checklist

  • Commit message follows the format: "CB-3232: (android) Fix bug with resolving file paths", where CB-xxxx is the JIRA ID & "android" is the platform affected.
  • Added automated test coverage as appropriate for this change.


We are happy to announce a minor version of `Cordova iOS 4.5.4` has been released!

This version continues to add updates for the latest iOS 11 but also some fixes for the iPhone X.

do you mean, " and also includes some fixes for the iPhoneX." ?


* Add flag for Xcode-managed provisioning
* Fix compile error when compile source as objective-c++
* Adjust storyboard constraints
