Snapshot may takes a lot disk space if not releasing them in time

The new snapshot dir should looks like:
timestamp.seq.timeouteg:
20190818221223.3.86400And GC thread on BE will remove the snapshot after timeout.
And backup and restore process will release the snapshot actively
after job is finished or cancelled.
