Introduces a new revised IT group called
BackwardCompatibility(to be renamed asBackwardIncompatibility). The idea is to simulate rolling upgrade/downgrade and identify potential issues.Please do not review. This is an experimental change, wherein I am trying to get the GHA scripts right.
