Motivation

Please see #99.

Modifications

  • Streamline test log output
  • Add an architecture picture (maybe outdated)
  • Enable License Check CI
  • Enable Dependabot bot
  • Introduce Maven Wrapper
  • Add all license headers
  • Add dist LICENSE and license files (except mysql-connector-j)
  • Add 'download mysql-connector-j manually' comment
  • Unify pom.xml indent & add NOTICE manually (NOTICE can't be generated by now)
