What is the purpose of the change

Use new type inference for Hive UDAF

Brief change log

• Stop using AggregateFunctionDefinition in HiveFunctionDefinitionFactory
• Remove HiveLegacyFunction, HiveAggSqlFunction, HiveFunctionUtils
• Add a HiveParserOperatorBinding and create AggregateCall with the HiveParserOperatorBinding to make HiveGenericUFAF can get literal arguments
