What is the purpose of the change

• Translate Glossary page into Chinese: https://nightlies.apache.org/flink/flink-docs-master/zh/docs/concepts/glossary/.
• The markdown file is located in docs/concepts/glossary.md.
• In https://nightlies.apache.org/flink/flink-docs-master/zh/docs/concepts/glossary/, most of them have been translated, but a small part has not been translated into Chinese. Details See FLINK-13037 for information.

Brief change log

• Translate "Concepts -> Glossary" page into Chinese.
