[FLINK-10691][e2e] Remove dependency on hadoop for StreamSQL E2E test #6988

What is the purpose of the change

The flink-stream-sql-test makes use of the BucketingSink and thus requires hadoop to be available. This means we can't run this test in hadoop-free environments, which is a bit unfortunate.

This pull request replace BucketingSink with StreamingFileSink .

Brief change log

  • Replace BucketingSink with StreamingFileSink
  • Adapt related script: test_streaming_sql.sh

Verifying this change

This change is already covered by existing tests: flink-stream-sql-test.
Passed in local env.
