[Feature Request]: Disable the Preview Panel Navigation

What would you like to happen?

Before I was told hat this was I assumed it was a UI glitch in Hop. I understand now that its a panel that allows users to scroll around the canvas. This is a cool feature and something I've seen in other projects but as it does not have an outline of the canvas (preview) I assumed it was a bug. Another small issue I found was that this panel can grow huge depending on the size of your workflow or pipeline to such an extent it can cover the actions in the actual canvas itself (see attached for an extreme example yet still valid).

If users were able to navigate using the combination of middle mouse click drag AND / or #2309 then this panel isn't really required.

I'd suggest we have a simple option in the Hop UI setting to enable / disable "Preview Navigation"
