* [RFC-69] Hudi 1.x

 - Summarized current state and efforts
 - Explain the different components in Hudi, in relation to database system design
 - Sketch goals for Hudi 1.0 to build alignment

* Address minor issues from review feedback

* Adding status of JIRA issues; table to be updated subsequently.

* Finalizing 1.0/1.1 JIRAs
