出现频率: 必现

点击提交以后 会自动创建新的问题, 而且没有任何提示创建了新问题. 而删除部分内容仍然没有地方可以看到是否超长, 再次点击就又提示文字超过最大长度, 然后又创建了一个新问题.

建议增加回答内容字数提示, 并超过最大长度以后点击提交不要自动创建问题.
