Enable unselect all of the selected sectors of pie series

What problem does this feature solve?

If I want unselect all of the pie sector, I need to record all of the selected sectors or fetch which sectors are selected via some API.

The API https://echarts.apache.com/en/api.html#action.pie.pieUnSelect do not support "unselect all sectors".

What does the proposed API look like?

Support "unselect all sectors" in the API https://echarts.apache.com/en/api.html#action.pie.pieUnSelect do not support "".
