HOP-2386: Add RAP fragment to the master branch

What?

This PR

• Copies rap/ folder from my web branch
• Modify ./pom.xml to build the hop-ui-rap module
• Does not touch assemblies just yet

Checks

Trivial changes like typos do not require a JIRA issue (javadoc, comments...).
In this case, just format the pull request title like (DOC) - Add javadoc in SessionManager.
